Criminalising Addiction: is there another way?

On May 21st 2013, Citywide held a conference to discuss the impact of current Irish Drug Policy and to look at possible alternative policies. The conference was held against the backdrop of an international push to review the ‘War on Drugs’ and to consider alternative drugs policies.  Citywide believe that it is important to examine the evidence that informs these policies in order to participate in the debate and the speakers at the Citywide conference presented from an evidence base.
