Full GP service - free of charge - female GP - Chrysalis Outreach Workers on board -
- Fully equipped vehicle - access to local pharmacy for free prescriptions
- Support attending hospital follow ups-
- Open to women who are or have been in addiction/sex work OR homelessness-
- Support filling out medical card forms- onward referrals to drug/alcohol/homeless services-
